Prestigious International Bank Seeks a Senior Associate- Human Resources (Generalist)

*Reporting to the Head of Human Resources

*Assist with Employee Relations

*Talent Acquisition

*Salary Negotiations

*Managing Relationships with External Agencies

* Assist with all Phases of the Interviewing Process including: Pre-screening of Resumes, Coordinating with Hiring Managers, Interviewing, Presenting Offers

*Assist with New Hire Onboarding

*Assist with Updating & Improving HR Policies & Procedures

*Oversee & Plan Holiday Party and all Company Social Events

*Benefits Administration

*Assist with Semi-Monthly Payroll- Manage Relationship with Outsourced Payroll Vendors

Qualifications:

*2-5 Years of Human Resources Generalist Experience- Ideally at a Mid-Size International Bank or Financial Services Firm

*Strong Hands-On HR Generalist Background- Recruiting, Employee Relations, Benefits, etc

*Master's Degree; HR Certifications a plus
