  • Draft, vet, and finalize pleadings, written submissions, affidavits, notices, and legal opinions with precision and clarity.
  • Appear before High Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, arbitral tribunals, and quasi-judicial forums, independently or alongside senior counsel.
  • Strategize and manage cases in coordination with partners, ensuring alignment with client goals and legal strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support litigation and arbitration strategy.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, local counsels, experts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage procedural aspects of matters — including filings, timelines, and compliance with forum-specific rules.
  • Mentor and supervise junior associates, ensuring adherence to firm quality standards.
  • Contribute to knowledge development, internal training, and client advisory initiatives within the dispute resolution practice.
  • Uphold the firm’s values of Service Excellence and Sincerity in all client interactions and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

  • LL.B. (and preferably LL.M.) from a reputed law school.
  • 4–6 years PQE with proven experience in dispute resolution in a reputed law firm or established practice.
  • Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
  • Exposure to commercial arbitration and civil/commercial litigation before various forums.
  • Sound understanding of CPC, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Contract Act, Companies Act, and IBC.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills.
  • Client-centric mindset with the ability to provide clear, practical, and solution-oriented advice.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach — embodying the firm’s core value of Synergy.
  • Commitment to integrity, accountability, and professional excellence.

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience in commercial arbitrations, shareholder disputes, construction and infrastructure arbitrations, and enforcement proceedings.
  • Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation and conciliation.
  • Experience working with senior counsel in high-value or precedent-setting matters.
  • Exposure to client development, knowledge initiatives, or firm representation in thought leadership forums.
