Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Agile Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to gather and refine requirements.

· Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.

· Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.

· Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

· Support UAT and change management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 6–12 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3+ years in Agile environments.

· Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

· Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

· Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
