Senior Associate Performance Measurement & Reporting in Water projects

The team is growing, and we are currently looking to hire a Senior Associate Performance Measurement & Reporting.

What I will be doing:

• Lead the development and integration of performance management frameworks and strategies that align with organizational objectives, ensuring cohesive execution across project control functions such as scheduling, risk, and cost management.
• Define, implement, and continuously refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for major projects, ensuring their relevance and alignment with evolving corporate goals and operational needs.
• Oversee comprehensive performance analyses—including root cause and predictive analytics—utilizing business intelligence tools like Power BI to proactively identify risks and enhance decision-making.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the performance reporting team, fostering cross-departmental collaboration to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data collection and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in performance reporting processes by implementing cutting-edge tools and championing innovative solutions that support operational excellence and strategic agility.

What I should I have:

• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, P6 or equivalent tools.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent

What will make me a distinctive candidate:

• Previous experience in the energy or distribution sector.
• Experience in implementing business intelligence solutions.
