The team is growing, and we are currently looking to hire a
Senior Associate Performance Measurement & Reporting.
What I will be doing:

Lead the development and integration of performance management frameworks and strategies that align with organizational objectives, ensuring cohesive execution across project control functions such as scheduling, risk, and cost management.

Define, implement, and continuously refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for major projects, ensuring their relevance and alignment with evolving corporate goals and operational needs.

Oversee comprehensive performance analyses—including root cause and predictive analytics—utilizing business intelligence tools like Power BI to proactively identify risks and enhance decision-making.

Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the performance reporting team, fostering cross-departmental collaboration to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data collection and reporting.

Drive continuous improvement in performance reporting processes by implementing cutting-edge tools and championing innovative solutions that support operational excellence and strategic agility.
What I should I have:

Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience.

Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, P6 or equivalent tools.

Certifications: PMP or equivalent
What will make me a distinctive candidate:

Previous experience in the energy or distribution sector.
