Role Objectives:
The Senior Associate Program Manager facilitates collaboration among teams to resolve challenges promptly, analyzing customer feedback for areas of improvement and driving continuous enhancement initiatives. They lead cross-functional projects, utilizing data insights, piloting new initiatives, and ensuring regular updates to stakeholders. Additionally, they possess the capability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles effectively, from planning to delivery of results.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate between different teams to identify and solve business challenges in high quality and timely manner

Analyze customer reports and reviews to identify key areas of improvement to the overall customer experience

Look for continuous improvement opportunities

Report updates regularly to each project’s stakeholders

Pilot and own new initiatives that transform our operations and improve the service we provide

Ability to lead end-to-end projects (from planning the project to delivering results).
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:

3+ years of experience in a relevant field

Ability to understand the operational performance, anticipate issues, and quickly understand & support in solving them when they arise
