Senior Associate - Real Estate

Hays are currently partnered with one of the rapidly growing investment firms, looking for a Senior Associate - Real Estate to join their dynamic and experienced team in Riyadh.

This role will be responsible for conducting detailed market research, financial modelling, and due diligence; preparing investment materials and valuation analyses; coordinating with third-party providers; monitoring investment and portfolio performance; drafting investor communications; ensuring regulatory compliance; and mentoring junior team members.

This opportunity has a huge contribution to ensure the efficiency of the real estate investment funds.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Investment, Accounting, or a related field.
• CME-4 certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate investment
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
