Job Summary:
The Senior Associate of Benefits and Content Marketing for Chase Sapphire will drive brand engagement through consistent, dynamic storytelling across channels. With a customer-first mindset, the Senior Associate will leverage industry and consumer insights to build and manage a content strategy and framework that establishes Sapphire as a differentiated, high-value product suite among customers. This person will work hand in hand with marketing and portfolio counterparts to enable cohesive messaging across microsites, social, PR, email and more. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, successfully collaborate cross-functionally to drive results, and execute brilliantly to ensure flawless customer marketing.
