Social Media Strategy & Management:
Own end-to-end management of the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to grow followers, engagement, and conversions.
Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar in alignment with the overall marketing strategy and campaigns.
Content Creation & Asset Development:
Conceptualize, shoot, edit, caption, and post high-quality content (reels, videos, static posts, stories) aligned with brand guidelines.
Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera for content creation.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and cross-functional teams to produce impactful assets.
Analytics & Optimization:
Regularly track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).
Optimize campaigns and content based on insights and platform algorithm trends.
Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.
Community Engagement:
Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and discussions.
Build and nurture an active brand community that fosters loyalty and advocacy.
2–4 years of experience in managing social media platforms for consumer brands (D2C, lifestyle, or beauty preferred).
Demonstrated success in driving follower growth and engagement through organic and paid campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and viral content mechanics.
Proficiency in content creation – video shooting, editing, and copywriting.
Data-driven with experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, or other social media management platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred.
