Job Summary:

Seeking a highly accessible part-time attorney with a proven track record in marketing and engagement with high-profile clients. Prior experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with elite or investor clients is essential.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex legal matters, providing strategic legal advice, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and a client-focused mindset with proven ability to drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
• Manage litigation cases and coordinate with external counsel when needed
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in legislation
• Advise senior management on legal risks and business decisions
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
• Proven experience in marketing and engaging with high-profile or investor clients
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law
• Proven experience in litigation and contract negotiation
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Required Expertise:

• Immediate availability for flexible, part-time engagements.
• Demonstrated success with elite clientele in corporate, finance, or arbitration matters.
• Strong marketing skills or established investor relationships to drive business growth.
