Role Overview
As a Senior Attorney in the firm’s M&A group, you’ll advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other complex transactions. You’ll draft and negotiate key deal documents, oversee all stages of transactions, and provide strategic corporate advice with a high degree of autonomy.
Core Responsibilities
- Counsel corporate clients and private equity funds on M&A and related transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
- Provide expert advice on corporate law and deal structures
- Manage multiple matters and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead and contribute to business development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from a top 30 law school
- Graduation year: 2015 or later, or already Of Counsel-level
- GPA: 3.0+
- Substantial M&A transaction experience
- In-depth understanding of corporate law and market practices
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills
- Proven ability to work with independence and professional maturity
