Senior Attorney (Mergers & Acquisitions)

Role Overview

As a Senior Attorney in the firm’s M&A group, you’ll advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other complex transactions. You’ll draft and negotiate key deal documents, oversee all stages of transactions, and provide strategic corporate advice with a high degree of autonomy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Counsel corporate clients and private equity funds on M&A and related transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
  • Provide expert advice on corporate law and deal structures
  • Manage multiple matters and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead and contribute to business development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • J.D. from a top 30 law school
  • Graduation year: 2015 or later, or already Of Counsel-level
  • GPA: 3.0+
  • Substantial M&A transaction experience
  • In-depth understanding of corporate law and market practices
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills
  • Proven ability to work with independence and professional maturity

  • Strong business development mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $470,000.00 per year
