Senior Auditor

As we strengthen our operations in Qatar, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Auditor to join our team in Lusail and support our commitment to strong governance and operational excellence.

Role Overview
The Senior Auditor will be responsible for executing audit engagements, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with financial and operational standards. This role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to assess risks and deliver meaningful audit insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas
• Evaluate internal controls and identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies
• Prepare clear and structured audit reports with recommendations
• Ensure adherence to company policies, IFRS standards, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in developing audit plans based on risk assessments
• Follow up on audit findings and monitor implementation of corrective actions
• Analyze financial data and operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with departments to improve systems and control environments
• Support special investigations and ad-hoc audit assignments when required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field
• 4–6 years of relevant audit experience
• Professional certification (CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and internal control frameworks
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit-related tools/ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication and report-writing skills
