Senior Auditor

AOC-GPS is a premier service provider known for operational excellence. We are currently seeking a meticulous and high-energy Senior Auditor to join our team in Ar-Rayyan.

This isn't a "check-the-box" role. We are looking for a financial detective—someone who can look past the surface of a balance sheet to identify risks, optimize workflows, and provide the high-level assurance that allows our business to scale with confidence.

Your Impactful Responsibilities

• Audit Execution: Lead and execute complex financial, operational, and compliance audits from planning through to reporting.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify internal control gaps and partner with department heads to design robust solutions.
• Strategic Reporting: Craft clear, compelling audit reports that provide senior management with a roadmap for process improvement.
• Project Oversight: Monitor large-scale projects and contracts to ensure financial integrity and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations remain in strict alignment with Qatar’s General Tax Authority (GTA) and international IFRS standards.
• Continuous Monitoring: Implement data-driven auditing techniques to provide real-time insights into company performance.

The Ideal Profile

• The Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional Standing: CIA, CPA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred and will be prioritized.
• Experience: 5–7 years of solid auditing experience, preferably with exposure to the Big 4 or large-scale corporate environments in the GCC.
• Technical Edge: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with automated audit tools (ACL, Idea) and Tier-1 ERPs.
• Analytical Mindset: You don't just find errors; you find the root cause and the most efficient path to a solution.
• Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills (Arabic is a significant plus).
