Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly professional Senior Auditor to join our team in Doha. This role plays a key part in evaluating financial integrity, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance functions
• Review accounting records, transactions, and processes for accuracy and adherence to policies
• Assess internal control systems and recommend improvements
• Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
• Support risk assessments and contribute to the annual audit planning process
• Collaborate with departments to promote compliance and best practices
• Assist in external audit coordination when required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field
• Professional certification (CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of auditing experience, preferably in education or public sector
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit/accounting systems
• High attention to detail, integrity, and professional ethics
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
