Throughout its history, Hajoca has played an active role in shaping advances in plumbing. However, we attribute our success to two simple truths; a unique business philosophy and talented people. Hajoca is all about the people, who give us our advantage, and who will guide us successfully into the future.

Hajoca has over 400 locations nationwide, called Profit Centers; and at the foundation of our family of businesses is a National Support Center (NSC) where Centers of Excellence are dedicated to enabling the success of our Profit Centers.

The Business Transformation team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Senior Automation Analyst. This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

Pay for this position is between $90,000 and $150,000 per year.

Are you experienced in Robotic Process Automation? Do you enjoy designing and configuring scalable automation solutions? Are you an analytical and innovative thinker? If so, then we’d like you to join our dedicated team as a Senior Automation Analyst.

About the Role:
As a Senior Automation Analyst you will be a dual-role professional responsible for identifying, analyzing, designing, and developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Your work will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that automated processes deliver maximum business value and adhere to technical best practices.

In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to thoroughly analyze existing business processes, assess their suitability for automation, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Elicit, document, and define detailed business requirements for automation projects, clarifying current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and develop initial business cases, including estimating Return on Investment (ROI), development effort, and project timelines.
  • Create essential project artifacts, including Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD), ensuring all exceptions, business rules, and non-functional requirements are captured.
  • Design, build, and configure robust and scalable automation solutions using a leading RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT support) to ensure the bots function correctly, handle exceptions gracefully, and meet performance standards.
  • Prepare the solution for deployment using the RPA control room/orchestrator, manage code version control, and provide ongoing post-implementation support, monitoring, and debugging.
  • Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5 or more years of combined experience in process analysis, system integration, or software development.
  • 2 or more years of hands-on RPA development experience.
  • RPA Developer certification (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer) and/or a relevant Business Analysis certification preferred.
Our ideal candidate will also:
  • Have expert-level proficiency with a major RPA platform (UiPath experience preferred).
  • Possess strong foundational knowledge of programming concepts; experience with languages like C#, Python, VB.NET, or SQL.
  • Be familiar with the Robotic Enterprise Framework (RE-Framework) or similar structured RPA methodologies.
  • Have experience with tools for process mapping, requirements management, and project tracking (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence).
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Have a superior ability to break down complex business processes into clear, logical, and automatable steps.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate between business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Have a proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues in both the analysis and production environment.
