  • Proven ability to implement robust error handling, retry logic, and monitoring solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to debug complex workflows using logs and execution data
  • Experience documenting technical workflows with clear conventions for team collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with Product Owners, Analysts, and business stakeholders
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable automation solutions
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and commitment to best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/LLM integrations and agent-based automation
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance requirements (HIPAA, FHIR)
  • Background with GraphQL APIs and modern integration patterns
  • Experience with version control and workflow deployment practices
  • Knowledge of data validation, transformation, and quality assurance techniques
  • Understanding of performance optimization for high-volume workflows

What You'll Bring:

  • A hands-on, execution-focused approach to building and maintaining automation solutions
  • Passion for creating efficient, scalable workflows that drive real business impact
  • Collaborative mindset for working within an automation team structure
  • Commitment to code quality, documentation, and knowledge sharing
