Senior Automation Lead

Job Description

HR Force International is seeking an experienced Senior Automation Lead to establish and lead our AI Automation team. This is an onsite leadership role based in Johar Town, Lahore, where you will be responsible for guiding a team of automation professionals, coordinating across research, process analysis, and implementation functions, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI-driven automation solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete automation function, including research, process analysis, and implementation teams
• Guide and mentor team members, review deliverables, and provide strategic and technical direction
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution, translating business needs into scalable automation workflows
• Oversee the selection and implementation of AI automation tools and platforms
• Ensure adoption of best practices in workflow design, automation strategy, and stakeholder coordination
• Drive end-to-end automation initiatives from ideation to deployment

• Strong practical understanding of Antigravity, n8n, Claude, and AI automation ecosystems

Experience Level

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per hour
