• Leading the conversation between developers, testing team, business analysts, product owners and clients to prepare the testing strategy as part of SDLC
• Overseeing the design and execution of the test strategy in alignment with project goals and objectives
• Designing complex test scenarios to perform comprehensive testing of the application
• Overseeing the development of the automation testing framework, along with test scenarios, data and scripts
• Overseeing the setup and maintenance of testing environments, including software, hardware and network installations and configurations
• Defining test metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the testing strategy and identifying areas for improvement
• Conducting risk assessments to identify risks associated with testing, such as test environments, technical, data and tools, and regression risks
• Preparing comprehensive reports that provide a detailed overview of the testing scope, objectives and test coverage, results and metrics
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to train junior employees on testing best practices, tools and frameworks
