Senior Automation Tester

As Senior Automation Tester you will define and drive the organization’s test automation strategy, ensuring the creation of enterprise-grade, scalable, and innovative frameworks. The Senior Engineer sets standards, mentors others, and introduces advanced practices such as AI-driven automation, while managing testing risks at a strategic level.


YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and enforce automation strategy across teams.
  • Architect scalable frameworks, ensuring best practices.
  • Establish automation standards and quality KPIs.
  • Lead automation for enterprise-level SAP and eCommerce projects.
  • Mentor mid- and junior-level engineers.
  • Drive innovation with AI-based test automation approaches.
  • Manage risk and proactively resolve automation bottlenecks.


ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years in automation testing with proven leadership.
  • Advanced expertise in enterprise tools (Playwright, Appium, UFT).
  • Deep background in performance/load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Strong international/multi-vendor project experience.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven automation solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strategic Leadership: Defines automation vision and drives alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Mentorship & Coaching: Develops the careers of mid-level and junior engineers by providing structured guidance.
  • Influence & Stakeholder Management: Persuades senior management and architects on automation investments and strategies.
  • Innovation & Vision: Champions advanced practices such as AI-driven testing and intelligent test design.
  • Risk Management: Anticipates bottlenecks, balances priorities, and implements preventive measures.
  • Executive Communication: Translates technical testing concepts into business outcomes, influencing executives and decision-makers.
