About the role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled AV Adaptation Specialist to support the seamless execution of marketing video content across multiple formats, languages, and channels. Sitting within our post-production team, you will focus on adapting and localizing existing video assets — ensuring that each piece meets both brand standards and platform requirements.
This is an execution-heavy role, perfect for someone with a solid video editing/post-production background who thrives in high-volume delivery environments.
You will be responsible for- Adapt existing AV and video content into multiple formats, durations, languages, and aspect ratios for use across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Localise content for different regions, including subtitle integration, language swaps, voiceover syncing, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Media, and Channel teams to ensure technical specs and creative intent are met.
- Apply basic motion design or animated text treatments as needed.
- Manage and maintain version control, naming conventions, and archive standards for AV assets.
- Perform basic colour correction, audio balancing, and export optimisations as part of delivery.
- Support with Quality Control (QC) processes to ensure accuracy before release.
- Keeping a keen eye on the latest software advancements for more efficient ways of working.
You will need- 2–4 years of experience in video editing, post-production, or AV adaptation – ideally in a digital marketing or broadcast context.
- Experience in localising or adapting video content for different audiences or regions.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other key post-production tools.- Strong understanding of social media, digital, and retail channel video requirements (e.g. aspect ratios, file formats, compression).
- Detail-oriented with a solid grasp of QC standards and file management best practices.
- Familiarity with subtitle software, media encoding tools, and basic audio/video troubleshooting.
