Senior BA

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Analyst to lead complex requirement analysis, drive process optimization, and translate strategic objectives into scalable business and technology solutions. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business value across cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead collaboration with executive and operational stakeholders to elicit, validate, and prioritize complex business requirements.
  • Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify optimization opportunities, automation initiatives, and measurable value creation.
  • Translate strategic business objectives into detailed functional and technical specifications for development and delivery teams.
  • Own and govern core documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and process/workflow models.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to inform solution design and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with project managers to support project planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery tracking.
  • Guide and support testing, user acceptance, implementation, and change management activities.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and benefits realization, ensuring solutions align with business goals and KPIs.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and data-driven narratives to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of BA practices and standards.

Requirements – Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5–10+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, process modeling, and enterprise systems.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent analytics platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive outcomes independently, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
