CommandoSoft, a new division of Digital To Design, is an elite software company redefining product creation through our High Quality / High Speed (HQ/HS) execution model. This is a call to join the founding Commando Unit to build our flagship product: FundingDesk.

FundingDesk is a next-generation, AI-powered platform set to revolutionize operational automation and intelligent process management within the Fintech industry. We are looking for disciplined, high-output professionals ready to execute this mission with speed and precision, specifically focusing on the client-side experience.

As a Backend Developer at CommandoSoft, you will be a core member of the Commando Unit, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side architecture, APIs, and data storage for the FundingDesk platform. You will ensure the core logic is robust, secure, scalable, and highly performant to handle the complex demands of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Velocity Execution & API Development: Rapidly design and implement secure, high-speed APIs and microservices that power all aspects of the FundingDesk platform.
• Intelligent Development: Apply critical thinking to identify and implement "intelligent shortcuts" that collapse development time while maintaining stringent quality, security, and stability standards.
• AI/Machine Learning Integration: Collaborate with data science and product teams to seamlessly integrate and deploy AI/ML models into the core business processes for intelligent automation and process management.
• Scalable Architecture: Design and manage efficient, scalable, and highly available database schemas and data pipelines (SQL/NoSQL) crucial for financial data processing.
• Synchronized Collaboration: Work closely with Frontend Developers and Product Engineers using direct, real-time communication to ensure seamless deployment and integration of services.
• Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, secure, and automated deployment of services, supporting our High Quality / High Speed mandate.
• Discipline & Delivery: Operate with a high degree of discipline and autonomy, focusing purely on delivery.

Required Attributes

Discipline & Focus: You are a high-discipline, high-output professional who executes with precision and accountability.

Expertise: Strong proficiency in a primary Backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js) and experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

Structure Preference: You crave clarity and prefer structure and autonomy over chaos and committee-driven environments.

Velocity Mindset: You move fast and possess a proven ability to deliver complex Backend features and scalable services under pressure.

AI-Fascination: You are genuinely fascinated by emerging AI tools and are eager to integrate them into daily development practices.

Experience: Relevant professional experience for a Senior level in Backend development.

Schedule & Environment

Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT).

Environment: Full-day command-center sessions; synchronized, high-velocity production cycles.

Position: Full-time only (no part-time or freelance).

Location: In-house or Remote.
