Senior Backend Engineer

About the Role
We’re hiring a Backend Engineer to build secure, scalable, and high-performance systems supporting complex multi-stakeholder workflows. You’ll architect microservices, design APIs, and manage databases powering live dashboards, automated sourcing, and real-time analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Build and optimize databases for high-volume transactional data
• Integrate authentication and authorization systems (OAuth 2.0, Azure AD)
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and uptime
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously improve backend performance
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and data teams for cohesive delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong command of at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, Go, or C#)
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with serverless and event-driven systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred

• Experience with supply chain, ERP, or enterprise SaaS systems
