Senior Banking Operations Manager

About the Role:
FP BAN Financial Services and Advisory LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Banking Operations Manager to lead banking operations and financial service processes in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery across banking and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Leadership: Oversee daily banking operations, transactions, and service processes
• Process Optimization: Improve operational efficiency, workflow, and service delivery
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to banking regulations, policies, and internal controls
• Financial Coordination: Manage cash flow processes, reporting, and operational support
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient banking services
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, operational metrics, and service levels
• Team Leadership: Manage operations staff, analysts, and banking support teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in banking operations, financial services, or treasury operations
• Skills: Strong analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities
• Education: Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of banking systems, compliance, and financial regulations
• Leadership: Ability to manage teams and operational processes
