Senior Barber

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Male Barber to join our established men's salon team in Sharjah. We pride ourselves on delivering premium, modern, and traditional grooming services, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to uphold these standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Excellence: Deliver a full range of professional barbering services, including precise haircuts, expert shaves, detailed beard trims, and contemporary hair styling.
• Client Consultation: Provide personalized recommendations for hairstyles and grooming options, effectively tailoring services to the client's preferences and facial structure.
• Hygiene Management: Ensure rigorous maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation standards across workstations, tools, and all salon equipment.
• Customer Experience: Guarantee excellent customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Industry Knowledge: Proactively stay current with the latest hair trends, product innovations, and advanced grooming techniques.
• Operations: Efficiently manage the flow of scheduled appointments and walk-in clientele.
• Compliance: Strictly adhere to all salon safety and sanitation protocols.

Essential Requirements

• Experience: Proven, verifiable experience as a Barber in a professional salon or barbershop setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated strong skills in all facets of hair cutting, shaving, trimming, and styling.
• Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of various hair types, textures, and suitable grooming products and techniques.
• Communication: Effective interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Hindi is strongly preferred to facilitate communication with our diverse client base. Fluency in English or Arabic would be an added advantage.
• Professionalism: A presentable appearance, professional demeanor, and a consistently customer-friendly attitude.
• Flexibility: Ability to work within a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per operational needs.
