We are looking for a FEMALE Senior Barista to lead our coffee program with passion, precision, and creativity.

What You’ll Do:

* Lead the bar team and maintain a high standard of coffee quality and service
* Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with consistency and attention to detail
* Train and mentor baristas on coffee techniques, recipes, and customer experience
* Dial in espresso, manage grind settings, and ensure optimal extraction at all times
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
* Collaborate with management on menu development, seasonal drinks, and promotions
* Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

* A skilled barista with strong experience in specialty coffee
* Leadership ability with a hands-on approach
* Deep knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brewing methods
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Passion for coffee, quality, and continuous improvement
* A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
