About the Role

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Female Creative Barista to join our team. This role focuses on preparing trendy, Instagram-worthy specialty beverages—from matcha creations to functional wellness drinks. No espresso-machine skills are required.
Your creativity, presentation skills, and ability to craft unique drinks will be the highlight of this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of modern, innovative drinks (wellness drinks, infusions, matcha, cold beverages, etc.)
• Create and experiment with signature beverage recipes aligned with current trends
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation
• Provide warm and friendly customer service to enhance the guest experience
• Support in menu development, seasonal beverages, and new product ideas
• Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in cafés specializing in trendy, creative, or wellness drinks
• Strong sense of creativity, presentation, and beverage styling
• Fast, organized, and reliable work ethic
• Female candidates only, as per business requirement
• Must be available to join immediately
• Good communication and customer-service skills
