As the Senior BI / BI Lead, you are the chief storyteller of our data. / 作为资深 BI 工程师/负责人，你是数据故事的首席讲述者。

Your mission is to transform petabytes of raw crypto transactions into a strategic "Command Center" for the leadership team. / 你的使命是将海量的原始加密货币交易数据转化为管理层使用的战略"指挥中心"。

Core Responsibilities / 核心职责

1. Full-Spectrum Visuals / 搭建全业务域可视化地图

• Executive Cockpit: Build core KPI dashboards to monitor lifeline metrics such as User Growth, Net Flow, Open Interest (OI), P&L, and Liquidity Depth.
  管理层决策舱： 构建核心 KPI 看板，实时监控用户增长、净流入 (Net Flow)、全站持仓量 (OI)、损益收入 (P&L) 及流动性深度等核心生命线指标。

• Derivatives Specialized Zone: Monitor Long/Short ratios, liquidation data, Funding Rate fluctuations, and High-Net-Worth (HNW) user behavior.
  合约业务专区： 监控多空比、强平数据、资金费率 (Funding Rate) 波动及高净值用户行为。

• Affiliate & Referral: Establish tiered dashboards for partners to track acquisition quality, deposit conversion, and commission ROI.
  合伙人与返佣： 建立合伙人分级看板，追踪不同渠道的拉新质量、入金转化及佣金 ROI。

• Growth & Marketing: Use instrumentation data to visualize the full funnel from Campaign exposure to first trade, quantifying marketing effectiveness.
  增长与市场： 配合埋点数据，展示活动从曝光到首笔交易的全漏斗转化，量化市场投放效果。

2. Metrics Management / 指标体系定义与标准化

• Single Truth Alignment: Collaborate deeply with the Data Warehouse team to ensure BI display logic is 100% consistent with underlying models.
  一致性对齐： 与数仓团队深度协同，确保 BI 展示层与数仓模型层的指标口径 100% 一致。

• Logic Governance: Eradicate the "one metric, multiple results" scenario through rigorous documentation and logic centralized in the Metric Store.
  口径治理： 通过严谨的文档和指标库管理，彻底杜绝"一个指标、多个结果"的现象。

3. Strategic Analysis / 专题深度分析

• Deep Dives: Conduct research on business pain points, such as: "Why is the churn rate high for users brought in by certain affiliates?"
  专题研究： 针对业务痛点进行专项分析，例如："特定合伙人带来的用户流失率为什么偏高？"

• Anomaly Detection: Identify arbitrage behaviors or bonus abuse patterns within specific marketing campaigns.
  异常识别： 识别特定市场活动中的套利行为或刷奖金、刷量行为。

4. Toolchain & Self-Service / BI 工具链治理与自助化

• Customization: Manage deep customization and permission hierarchies for tools like QuickBI, Superset, or Tableau.
  工具治理： 负责 QuickBI 等工具的深度定制、权限分配与安全管理。

• Empowerment: Design intuitive self-service models allowing Operations and Marketing teams to pull basic data via drag-and-drop.

Candidate Requirements / 任职要求

Hard Requirements / 硬性门槛

• Crypto Expertise (Mandatory): 3+ years in the crypto industry with a deep understanding of Spot, Futures, Margin, Copy Trading, and Rebates.
  行业经验（硬性）： 3 年以上加密行业经验，深刻理解现货、合约、杠杆、跟单及合伙人返佣逻辑。

• BI Leadership: 5+ years of experience in BI/Analytics, preferably having built an exchange metrics system from 0 to 1.
  BI 资历： 5 年以上 BI/分析经验，有从 0 到 1 搭建中大型交易所指标体系的实战经验。

• Metric Deconstruction: Ability to translate a CEO's vague request into 20 scientifically sound underlying data points.
  指标拆解： 能够将管理层模糊的业务诉求拆解为一系列严谨的底层数据指标。

Technical Stack / 技术栈

• Visualization Tools: Expert in at least two tools: QuickBI, Superset, Tableau, or Metabase.

• SQL Geek: Advanced SQL skills to call complex dimensional models and Python (Pandas/Plotly) for advanced analytics.

• AI Augmented: Proficient in using AI (ChatGPT/Claude) to assist in writing complex queries and validating data cleaning logic.
