What will you do?

Delivery of enhancement requests and other operational activities of the project
-
Up to date communication to stakeholders using JIRA as medium.

Participate in Replenishment calls with stakeholders to clarify blockers and agree on deliveries

Train and mentor team members and management to understand technologies and assist with development of OAC/OAC
-
Tracking and following up the action items
-
Ensure all requests are addressed in a timely manner with optimal solution

Simplify – use every opportunity to simplify to the maximum extent possible and go the extra mile in doing so

Collaborate with internal teams to address business needs

Effectively plan & organize work to deliver consistent results
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Should have worked extensively in OAC RPD development involving time series calculations, YTD measures and configuring security
-
Experience on creating projects using Oracle Analytics Cloud depicting visualizations to help understand the data trends and analytics for business users
-
Worked to build complex reports in OAC in a performant way and has good understanding of role security aspects.

Data modelling expertise using STAR and SNOWFLAKE schema design.
-
Should have worked extensively in OAC RPD development involving time series calculations, YTD measures and configuring security
-
Experience on creating projects using Oracle Analytics Cloud depicting visualizations to help understand the data trends and analytics for business users
-
Worked to build complex reports in OAC in a performant way and has good understanding of role security aspects.

Should have Strong knowledge of Oracle database & PL/SQL development
-
Must know how to write advance SQL, use Oracle's SQL aggregate and analytic function
-
Expert in debugging, optimizing, and Performance Tuning of OAC visualizations, Oracle BI Repository & Dashboards / Reports
-
Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.

Understand and design data models to setup robust Datawarehouse environment
-
Hands on experience in tuning mappings, identifying, and resolving performance bottlenecks in various levels like sources, targets, mappings, and sessions
-
Monitor and tune the performance of the OAC environment
-
Data Analytics and Visualization with Oracle OAC:
-
Develop interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud.
-
Work with data sources to create data models, define metrics, and design reports that provide actionable insights.
-
Implement data security and access controls within OAC to ensure data integrity and compliance.
-
Conduct data analysis and work with business stakeholders to translate insights into business improvements.
-
Optimize the performance of OAC reports and dashboards to enhance user experience.
Functional
-
Preferably HCM domain and process knowledge or prior experience of any data warehouse/ERP implementation.
-
Ability to gather requirements and convert business requirements to technical requirements
-
Providing effort estimations to complex BI projects
-
Engage with cross teams to analyze data sources required to integrate for a new analytical solution
-
Maintain and enhance operating rhythm
-
Experience in managing challenging stakeholders
-
Ability to validate change requests
Qualifications:
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
-
Certified in one or more of the following is an advantage – OAC, OAC, Oracle Apex
