About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will own and lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle opportunities. You will act as the central coordination point between sales, technical, commercial, and legal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals.

You will be responsible for shaping bid strategy, managing timelines, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and articulating clear value propositions that position our cybersecurity solutions effectively. Working closely with account executives and subject matter experts, you will drive win probability, manage risk, and ensure consistency with our commercial and governance standards while supporting sustainable revenue growth.



Main Responsibilities:


Bid & Proposal Management

  • Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification through submission and post-submission activities.
  • Develop and manage bid plans, timelines, roles, and compliance matrices.
  • Ensure all proposals meet client requirements, internal governance standards, quality expectations, and submission deadlines.
  • Lead bid kick-off meetings, internal reviews, and post-bid evaluations.


Content Development & Value Positioning

  • Oversee the development, review, and refinement of proposal content, including executive summaries, solution narratives, methodologies, and pricing narratives.
  • Ensure proposals are clearly aligned to client requirements, evaluation criteria, and value propositions.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance proposal templates and standard response libraries.


Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the central point of contact for all bid-related activities.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Presales, Technical, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Manage inputs from internal stakeholders, partners, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure completeness and alignment.


Governance, Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure strict compliance with RFP/RFQ/ITT requirements and internal approval authorities.
  • Manage bid governance checkpoints, approvals, and sign-off processes.
  • Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation of all submissions.


Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report key bid performance metrics (e.g., submission timeliness, win/loss results, quality scores).
  • Support win/loss analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify process gaps and support the enhancement of bid management tools, processes, and best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in bid, proposal, or tender management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven experience managing large and strategic RFPs end-to-end.
  • Strong written, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid project management, planning, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple bids simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
