Senior BIM Coordinator

• Lead and coordinate BIM workflows across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, with over 10 years of experience in BIM management and coordination.
• Develop, implement, and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.
• Review and manage 3D models for design accuracy, constructability, and client compliance.
• Conduct clash detection, model audits, and quality checks using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure design coordination.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to BIM modelers and junior staff.
• Prepare as-built models and maintain accurate BIM documentation for project handover.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards, LOD specifications, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
