Provide Architectural Technical support for construction purpose.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist Senior Architectural Engineer to prepare shop drawing log as per project schedule.
• Prepare / review all structural shop drawing for submissions.
• Prepare / review all bar binding schedules for submissions.
• Update structural shop drawing as per latest design drawing.
• Coordinate structural drawing with architecture and MEP in order to issue structural shop drawings.
• Assist senior Engineer to review / coordinate with structural subcontractors to submit the material submittals and shop drawings and the target submission dates.
• Identify any missing information and clashes and propose solutions.
• Assist Senior Engineer to coordinate with other departments for variation of the new design drawings.
• Manage draughtsman in terms of productivity and quality.
• Prepare / Review As-Built drawing for submissions.
• Ensure that all established HSE & Quality policies are administered and enforced in all areas.
• Report all violations and resolve on time.
• Effective implementation of HSE Management system as per HSE procedures.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years significant Industrial, commercial, residential construction experience.
• 2 years' work experience in Gulf companies engaged in the field of Building construction.
• With competence in Construction Management skills, motivated, has strong leadership, able to encourage subordinates and other work groups to work as a team.
• With knowledge of structural codes.
• Excellent technical background and skills in industrial environment.
• Able to control a multi national workforce in a dynamic situation.
• Possess negotiation and influence skills, innovative, creative thinker, flexible and excellent organizer.
• Has excellent oral & written communication in English and interpersonal skills.
