Senior BIM Infrastructure Engineer

Position Overview

Hill International is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Infrastructure Engineer to join our team for a mega construction project on Egypt’s North Coast. Looking for a BIM professional with hands-on experience in roads, highways, and utilities (wet & dry) , capable of leading coordination across large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM coordination across roads & utilities .
• Manage BIM deliverables and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Perform clash detection and model integration.
• Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and CDE requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM data.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• 10–12+ years of BIM experience in infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in: Roads & Highways , Utilities (Wet & Dry) , Earthworks / Grading .
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects .l.
• Fluent in English & Arabic .

Technical Skills:

• Autodesk Civil 3D (Mandatory)
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (Mandatory)
• Navisworks
• Additional tools are a plus (AECOsim, Dynamo, Synchro, etc.)
