SENIOR BIM MODELER – MEP & PROCESS (HEAD OFFICE)

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler. Design or construction experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent proficiency in BIM software including Revit, Navisworks, and at least one Bentley software such as OpenRoads Designer, OpenRail Designer, OpenBuildings Designer, or OpenPlant Modeler.
• Independently develop and maintain BIM models using Revit and Bentley software while ensuring compliance with project quality standards and requirements.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to efficiently execute BIM modeling activities within established timelines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, conduct clash detection, recommend optimization solutions, and prepare comprehensive clash reports.
• Perform quantity take-offs, data integration, and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) applications based on project requirements.
• Deliver BIM software technical support and resolve complex Autodesk and Bentley software-related issues for project teams.
• Evaluate and implement emerging BIM technologies, tools, and best practices to improve modeling productivity and project performance.
