Senior Blockchain Developer

We're looking for a Senior Blockchain Developer specializing in Solana and Rust to build the next generation of decentralized applications. If you're passionate about leveraging the power of high-performance blockchains and enjoy crafting secure, efficient code, this role is for you. You'll be a key player in designing and implementing core on-chain programs and contributing to our innovative projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts (on-chain programs) on the Solana blockchain using Rust.
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) that interact with our on-chain programs.
• Write secure, optimized, and gas-efficient code, and participate in code reviews and security audits.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and front-end developers, to define project requirements and architecture.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices within the Solana and wider blockchain ecosystems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blockchain functionality, ensuring the reliability of our applications.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a blockchain or back-end developer, with a strong focus on Rust.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying programs on the Solana blockchain.
• Deep understanding of Rust's ownership, borrowing, and concurrency concepts.
• Familiarity with the Solana architecture, including the account model and unique performance optimizations.
• Experience with Solana developer tools such as the Solana CLI and frameworks like Anchor.
• Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals, including cryptographic principles and decentralized systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of other blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot) or web3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js) is a plus.
