Application Question(s):
Can you share your total hands-on experience working with Solana, and specifically mention any live projects or programs you've built or contributed to?
How comfortable are you with Rust, and have you used frameworks like Anchor or ElizaOS (Aliza) in production environments?
Have you worked on any Solana DeFi protocols, DEX platforms, or trading bots? If yes, could you briefly describe your role and the technologies you used?
Do you have any experience integrating AI agents or autonomous systems with blockchain or trading infrastructure?
Can you explain how you’ve optimized on-chain performance, compute-unit usage, or transaction fees in your previous Solana projects?
This is a remote-first, fast-paced environment. How do you manage your time, communication, and deliverables when working independently on complex technical tasks?
