About Us

We are an international fintech group operating in the fields of cryptocurrency exchanges, payment gateways, and debit card systems. Our global teams are located in Hong Kong, India, and Thailand, and we are now establishing a development hub in Dubai.

We are seeking a Senior Developer to lead the Dubai team, drive high-level development tasks, and collaborate across borders on blockchain and payment technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Dubai’s local development team.
• Architect and implement payment provider integrations and plugins (both for custom-built systems and e-commerce platforms).
• Design and maintain smart contracts on Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain (tokenization and stablecoin-related projects).
• Manage and optimize backend infrastructure (PHP/Java/Node.js/Python + AWS).
• Collaborate with international teams on exchange, payment, and debit card systems.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security best practices.
• Drive and experiment with AI-based implementations within fintech/payment workflows.
• Mentor and delegate tasks to the junior developer.

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend development, with at least 2+ years in blockchain/crypto.
• Strong experience with PHP, Java, Node.js/Python and AWS.
• Proven ability to build and deploy Ethereum/BSC smart contracts (Solidity).
• Experience with API integrations and plugin development for payment systems.
• Knowledge of stablecoin mechanics and token issuance.
• Familiarity with security auditing and secure coding practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for team growth.
• Affinity or interest inAI technologies is a plus.
