Senior Blockchain / Smart Contract Engineer

Axiom is seeking a Senior Blockchain / Smart Contract Engineer to drive the design and security of on-chain systems powering next-generation RWA products.

This organisation is developing a liquidity platform that brings real-world assets on-chain and supports a range of yield products. It's built to work across multiple chains and connect easily with both DeFi and traditional finance.

The team has solid experience in finance and digital assets, and they're now focused on scaling their infrastructure and expanding their on-chain product offering.

What We're Hiring

They're looking for a Senior Blockchain / Smart Contract Engineer with solid experience building real on-chain systems.

• 6+ years in software engineering with strong blockchain and smart contract experience.
• 3+ years deploying production smart contracts on EVM chains.
• Worked on at least one live DeFi or on-chain protocol with real usage/TVL.
• Skilled in Solidity/Vyper, EVM tools, and smart contract security.
• Experience with oracles, multi-chain setups, cross-chain systems, and upgradeable contracts.
• Good understanding of DeFi basics and experience with audits, data indexing, and Python integrations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial systems, trading, or AI-driven liquidity tools.
• Exposure to tokenised assets and a background in traditional finance or fintech.
