Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated attorney with 3–5+ years of experience in bodily injury and insurance defense to manage a varied caseload, conduct in-depth legal research, and maintain strong client communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a robust caseload of bodily injury and insurance defense matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Advise and communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy and updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and support firm initiatives.
• Participate in mentoring and professional development programs as needed.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• 3–5+ years of experience in bodily injury and insurance defense litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to ethical practice.
