About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Brand Communication & Presentation Strategist who can create powerful pitch narratives, compelling content, and high-impact presentations that clearly communicate value, strengthen brand identity, and support business growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker and storyteller first, with strong presentation and visual communication skills. You must be someone who understands branding, messaging, user psychology, and how to craft content that influences decision-makers—while also being capable of designing clean, professional presentation layouts.
The ideal candidate is not just a designer—they are a brand strategist, researcher, copywriter, and communication expert who can transform complex data into sharp, persuasive, and engaging narratives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Communication & Content Creation
- Lead the development of content frameworks, messaging structures, and story arcs for pitch decks, company profiles, proposals, and brand presentations.
- Write creative, engaging, and persuasive content including value propositions, product/service messaging, taglines, positioning statements, and client-focused narratives.
- Convert technical, operational, or industry-specific information into simple, powerful, and benefit-led language.
- Craft strategic communication that aligns with brand identity, target audience perception, and competitive differentiation.
Branding & Presentation Development
- Build high-impact presentations and proposals that combine strong messaging with clean, strategic visual structure.
- Maintain unified branding—tone of voice, messaging hierarchy, color usage, typography, and layout.
- Simplify complex ideas through storytelling, content flow, and intuitive slide logic before any design work begins.
Research & Insight Generation
- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, client psychology, and industry communication patterns.
- Use insights to sharpen messaging, build stronger narratives, and position the company as a market leader.
- Evaluate existing content and presentations and recommend strategic improvements that increase conversion.
Design Support (Secondary)
- Use tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, and Adobe Suite to format and enhance content.
- Create simple visual elements including diagrams, icons, charts, infographics, and data visualizations where needed.
- Ensure every presentation is visually professional—even if the core focus is content and communication.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with sales, marketing, founders, and technical teams to gather information and translate it into strategic communication.
- Meet deadlines consistently, manage multiple projects, and ensure accuracy in every detail.
- Lead the full cycle of presentation creation—from research to content to final delivery.
Required Skills & Expertise
- 3–7+ years’ experience in brand communication, pitch content creation, presentation strategy, storytelling, or business communication roles.
- Strong writing ability—able to create clear, concise, persuasive content for business audiences.
- Expertise in communication strategy, message architecture, brand voice development, and creative copywriting.
- Understanding of branding, marketing communication, and B2B persuasion frameworks.
- Solid research skills with the ability to convert insights into strong messaging.
- Proficiency in presentation tools: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva.
- Basic to intermediate design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and optionally InDesign.
- Strong understanding of visual communication: layout, hierarchy, structure, and simplicity.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage end-to-end creative projects.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
