Parallel is a design studio where we help our clients build better digital experiences faster. While we’ve been known for our product design work, we also craft strong brands and high-performing websites. Our focus is on creating work that is clear, impactful, and built for real people. We make things look great, but more importantly, we make sure they work well for the many people who interact with them.
We’re now looking for a Brand and Web Designer to join our lean design team. If you enjoy shaping brands, creating expressive visual systems, and designing websites that balance beauty with usability, this role is for you. You will work on a mix of brand identity and web design projects, collaborating with a product-centric team that values thoughtful design, smart systems, and strong creative thinking.
Role
Here's what you'll do every day as a Brand Designer:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand strategists, writers, product designers, and engineers, to create expressive and high-performing brand and web experiences.
Conceptualize and design brand identities, visual systems, and supporting assets that are clear, scalable, and aligned with client goals.
Design responsive websites from structure to final visuals, including site maps, wireframes, content layouts, and high-fidelity UI.
Build and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across brand assets, websites, and digital touchpoints.
Work with research and strategy inputs to shape design decisions, and refine work based on feedback and user insights.
Stay up to date with visual, brand, and web design trends, tools, and technologies to produce modern and effective work.
Create and iterate on marketing and communication collateral, ensuring brand consistency across channels.
Support the development and evolution of brand identity guidelines and asset libraries.
Learn and grow beyond design by picking up practical skills in client management, website building on platforms like Framer and Webflow, content writing, SEO, CRO, and other areas that strengthen end-to-end project execution.
