We are seeking a results-driven, creative, and detail-oriented Senior Brand Executive to support the end-to-end execution of brand-building initiatives. This role is primarily execution-focused, playing a critical role in translating strategy into action, managing omnichannel campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders. The individual will also contribute to strategic planning by providing consumer insights, campaign learnings, and competitor analysis


Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Execution: Support the implementation of integrated brand strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
  • Omnichannel Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that span across offline and digital touchpoints.
  • Consumer & Market Research:
  • Conduct self-led research to gather insights on consumer behavior, competitors, and market trends.
  • Work with internal teams or agencies to synthesize findings that support brand planning.
  • Agency Management:

- Identify and evaluate potential agency partners as and when required.

- Liaise with agencies to ensure timely delivery of impactful campaigns.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with digital, product, compliance, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency and alignment.
  • Performance & Optimization: Monitor key brand KPIs, report on campaign effectiveness, and recommend optimizations.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Brand Reputation: Uphold and enhance the brands image across all consumer-facing platforms.
