We are currently seeking a talented “Senior Brand Manager” to join our dynamic “Marketing Department” team. Based in “ TR, Istanbul ” this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • University degree in related departments (Preferably Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant role (especially in FMCG sector),
  • Knowledgeable about marketing (budget management, product and market,consumer behaviour),
  • Analytical skills and creative mindset,
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.



JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Managing and planning 360° marketing mix of the brand according to general brand strategy and company targets,
  • Preparing media plan, annual marketing budget and the growth target of the category,
  • Developing annual category and brand plans guide portfolio priorities to deliver company business objectives,
  • Managing market and consumer research, analyzing the outputs for the related category, turn in to action plan,
  • Preparing and executing all channel-based launch & re-launch programs and in-store display activities - POS materials for the related category,
  • Preparing other necessary analysis and reports for the needs of department,
  • Managing cross-functional teams.
