We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, coach, and develop a team of junior managers to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.

Drive and execute strategic initiatives to grow core categories and strengthen brand equity.

Manage and evolve brand architecture across private label portfolios, ensuring consistency and clear positioning.

Develop compelling brand messaging and storytelling that resonates with target audiences.

Oversee the launch and expansion of private label brands across food and non-food categories.

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and offline channels.

Utilize data and tools (Excel, Power BI) to generate insights and support data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies for effective execution.

Track and analyze key KPIs (sales growth, store traffic, private label share, AOV) and drive performance improvements.

Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.

Drive innovation through new product development and continuous enhancements based on insights.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

7–10 years of experience in FMCG or retail, with a focus on brand management and/or trade marketing.

Strong understanding of brand architecture, brand building, and brand management principles.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing plans.

Hands-on experience in product development, packaging, and product lifecycle management.

Solid knowledge of consumer insights, market research, and digital marketing best practices.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

Ability to analyze data, build forecasts, manage budgets, and evaluate ROI.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
