The Role

We are seeking a strategic, commercially savvy Senior Brand Manager to own and grow a portfolio of world-class brands in the Saudi market. You will adapt global strategies for local success, drive channel-specific execution, and lead impactful launches and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and annual plans aligned with global guidelines and local market needs.
• Drive visibility, availability, and market share across all channels.
• Manage brand owner relationships and present market/business reviews.
• Oversee pricing, P&L, and A&P budgets for maximum ROI.
• Launch new products and ensure regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years’ experience in brand management / FMCG marketing (distributor or multinational experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the KSA retail landscape and consumer trends.
• Proven record in driving brand growth and adapting global campaigns locally.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
