We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Project Manager to Housing Project. This role is designed for candidates who are eager to develop their project management skills, with the aim of advancing to a Project Manager role through both self-driven efforts and company-supported training. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high learning curve, a commitment to professional growth, and a strong desire to build a long-term career with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project schedules.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
  • Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets and managing costs to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Resource Allocation: Help allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Project Closure: Assist in project closure activities, including documentation and post-project evaluation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil OR Architect Engineering.
  • Experience: 18 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role (preferably in engineering, construction, or consulting).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
