We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Project Manager to Housing Project. Key Responsibilities:

- Project Closure: Assist in project closure activities, including documentation and post-project evaluation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil OR Architect Engineering.
- Experience: 18 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role (preferably in engineering, construction, or consulting).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
