About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead all go-to-market and brand-building initiatives for D8 Super Store’s emerging lifestyle and wellness CPG brands. This role will oversee every stage of brand creation and launch — from strategy and messaging to creative execution and cross-departmental coordination.

You’ll serve as the bridge between creative, marketing, operations, and leadership, ensuring each milestone hits on time and aligns with the brand’s identity, tone, and growth goals.

What You’ll Do:

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop and maintain the core brand strategy, positioning, and messaging frameworks for product launches.
  • Work with leadership and creative teams to shape visual identity, packaging, and storytelling.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels (web, packaging, digital, retail, etc.).

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Build and manage the GTM roadmap for product launches, ensuring alignment between product, design, marketing, and operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to plan launch timelines, campaign assets, and rollout sequencing.
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable marketing initiatives (email, social, paid, influencer, PR, etc.).

Project & Cross-Functional Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for cross-departmental teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Manage relationships with external partners (creative agencies, freelancers, content creators, etc.).
  • Maintain detailed launch trackers, creative calendars, and performance dashboards.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor post-launch results, performance metrics, and feedback to refine brand and campaign strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for product, creative, or marketing improvement based on data and customer insights.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in brand marketing, GTM strategy, or creative project management, ideally in consumer goods, wellness, or lifestyle categories.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end brand development, from positioning to packaging to campaign launch.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, or agencies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in CPG, supplements, or cannabinoid / functional wellness space.
  • Background in creative direction, content production, or e-commerce marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools like Asana, Notion, or Airtable for project tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
