Our group designs and produces jewelry across multiple categories including lab-grown diamonds, gold, platinum, and sterling silver, combining design, craftsmanship, and global supply chain expertise.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead FanciMe’s brand marketing efforts in the United States. This role is ideal for someone who understands the intersection of brand, product storytelling, and social culture, and who is excited about building a brand in an entrepreneurial environment.

You will collaborate with a global team across product, content, and ecommerce while shaping the brand locally for North America consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

  • Lead brand marketing strategy for the U.S. market
  • Define messaging, storytelling, and positioning for collections and campaigns
  • Ensure the brand resonates with American consumers

Product Launch & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute product launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Work closely with product and design teams on collection storytelling
  • Translate product features into compelling brand narratives

Content & Creative Direction

  • Guide creative and content direction across social media and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with creators, photographers, and creative partners
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and visual identity

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with global teams in product development, ecommerce, and marketing
  • Align brand storytelling with performance marketing and website experience
  • Help connect brand strategy with business growth

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing
  • Experience working with jewelry, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. consumer and social media landscape
  • Proven experience leading product launches or brand campaigns
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environment
  • Based in New York

Compensation

  • Salary: $120,000 – $150,000, In addition, there is a bonus opportunity
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Opportunity to grow with the brand as the U.S. team expands

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
