Role Purpose:
To support the department in Managing company brand consistency across all corporate collateral. In addition, he/she are responsible to ensure the company remains at the front of developments in marketing.
Key Accountabilities
Marketing Management

Own and develop the products and services that owns by the brand.

Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Marketing communication management through traditional media and out-of-home in product placements.

In-charge of marketing collaterals design.

Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.

Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”

Liaise and coordinate with various external agencies, such as creative agency, for all marketing campaigns and collaterals.

Branding campaign/promotion tracking and tabulation.
-
Assist in developing new revenue sources and create maximum targeted brand exposure through participation in trade shows, corporate events, exhibits, sponsorships and other promotional activities.

Build department process for communication, manage daily tasks and status, and develop advertising campaigns.

Sustain and elevate brand image and brand guidelines.

Work create and manage integrated marketing strategies.

Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Oversee and managing creative activities.

Manage brand consistency across all corporate collateral.

Review and edit existing materials for marketing effectiveness, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.

Ensure Marketing Department complies with flynas policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain flynas high standard of work and work ethic.
