Senior Bridge Project Manager

My client is seeking a talented and driven Bridge Project Manager to lead structural engineering projects and support the growth of our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of projects, mentor junior engineers, and engage directly with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a structural engineering team.
• Provide technical support across multiple office locations.
• Mentor engineering staff in all phases of bridge and structural design.
• Participate in client meetings and public presentations.
• Lead technical assignments from concept through completion.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• 6+ years of experience with transportation-related structures.
• Familiarity with AASHTO and MassDOT design manuals, standards, and procedures.
• Strong technical skills in bridge design and structural calculations.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and work proactively.
