Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Broker Relations/Indirect Sales professional. Based in Cairo, Egypt, the role involves managing relationships with brokerage firms, driving indirect sales, and ensuring broker satisfaction. The key responsibilities include developing and maintaining partnerships with brokers, identifying sales opportunities, training brokers on product offerings, and ensuring customer-oriented service to drive business growth.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Brokerage and a successful track record in Real Estate sales
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques to achieve targets and maximize business opportunities
  • Experience in providing Training to brokers and partners on product knowledge and sales processes
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Egypt is a must
